Nordic Head of Training Journey, PT & Treatments

In this role you will hold the overall Nordic responsibility for the Personal Training (PT) & Treatments (physiotherapy) business, while also owning the strategic development of SATS’ Training Journey. The Training Journey in SATS refers to how members are onboarded, guided and supported in their training through programs, coaching, PT and training standards to ensure long term habit formation, progression and motivation.
This position is part of the Product management team and reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.
Key responsibilities
1. Define and own the Nordic Training Journey
You will design a structured, scalable model that enables long-term training habits across all Nordic markets.
Your responsibilities include:
Defining and continuously evolving SATS’ Training Journey framework
Establishing standards for onboarding, coaching interactions, and training progression
Identifying structural drivers for training adoption and long-term adherence
Defining KPIs related to training frequency, PT attachment, and progression milestones
Developing scalable concepts, tools, and best practices for market-wide execution
Ensuring solid cross-functional alignment (Product, Digital, Marketing, Operations)
Providing strategic insights to support retention initiatives
You own the structural design of the entire Training Journey.
2. Lead the Nordic PT & Treatments business
PT and treatments are essential for member results, commercial performance, and overall retention. You will:
Define and execute the Nordic PT & Treatments strategy
Set KPIs, growth ambitions and contribute to market budgets
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and productivity
Own and optimize the product portfolio, pricing and commercial models
Define “The SATS Way” for recruitment, competence development and performance management (in collaboration with HR and country teams)
Lead Nordic forums and ensure one aligned way of working
3. Strategic leadership and Nordic coordination
As a strategic Nordic leader, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of SATS’ product and training development.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the Nordic PT & Treatments team (dotted-line structure)
Aligning priorities, initiatives and performance across all markets
Driving cross-functional initiatives linked to training progression and commercial development
Contributing to the broader Product strategy

A clearly defined, implemented and adopted Nordic Training Journey
Improved execution of structured onboarding across markets
Increased training frequency and PT conversion
High member satisfaction related to coaching and progression
Strong Nordic alignment and scalable ways of working
Who we are looking for
You are an experienced leader with strong strategic and commercial capabilities, comfortable operating across multiple markets and functions. You likely bring:
Proven leadership experience, preferably from a Nordic or multi-market organization
Strong commercial and financial understanding (revenue, margin, KPIs, productivity)
A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to build scalable frameworks
Experience in product management, service concept development or performance-driven consumer businesses
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
The ability to balance commercial accountability with long-term strategic development
Higher education at Master’s level
