As a Club Manager at SATS, you are expected to set the mood and the standard for the entire club, and for the operation in general. This entails encouraging your colleagues, contributing to a positive environment for staff and club members alike, acting as a role model, and generating a secure environment. Key personal qualities for the role of Club Manager include result- and goal-oriented, strong leadership skills, structured and organized, independent, and skilled in communication. You feel a sense of responsibility for the profitability of your own club and for the organization as a whole. This naturally makes demands on your capacity to structure the work at the club and to achieve stated goals.
You have an operative focus and are responsible for analysis and follow-up, and for carrying out the activities required to build up a strong, stable, and successful club. In partnership with your staff, you are responsible for the everyday operation of the club – making sure that everything is clean and in working order and taking care to maintain a first-class standard and level of service for our members. As a person, you are clear in your communication, ready, willing, and able to act, and strongly service-minded. It requires a pronounced ability to see sales activities from the member’s perspective. We expect you to have an in-depth understanding of – and interest in – service. It is essential that you are committed to and knowledgeable about our products, backed by a genuine interest in training.
